Welcome to feva

feva is a dating app. Create a profile, like, match, write — whenever you feel like it. On top of that comes something others don't have: you see who is going out tonight, and you can meet where something is happening anyway. Sometimes that turns into a match. Sometimes into a nice evening. Both are fine.

For that to work, a few rules are needed. Not many — but these apply to your profile, your photos, your stories, your messages and to every encounter that came about through feva. Also to what happens afterwards outside the app.

If you don't follow them, there are consequences: from a warning up to a suspension.

1. Respect boundaries

A no is a no. No answer is also an answer. Don't send anyone sexual messages or pictures unsolicited — in a chat where both of you agree that is a different matter, but the first move does not belong there.

Nudity has no place on your profile or in stories: no visible genitals, no sexual acts, no links to adult platforms.

2. Just be yourself

People want to get to know you, not an invented version. Use your own, current photos in which you really are recognisable. No one else's face, no false name, no false age — not even as a joke.

3. Adults only

feva is for people aged 18 and over. Below 18 our system does not create an account at all, and a false age leads to suspension.

Content that sexualises or endangers minors leads to immediate and permanent suspension. Depictions of sexual abuse we report to the law enforcement authorities. If you suspect that someone is a minor: report the profile.

4. No place for hate

Origin, skin colour, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, body shape, age — none of these is a reason to demean anyone. Racism, incitement to hatred and trivialisation of National Socialism have no place here and are criminal offences in Austria.

If you don't like someone: don't like them, put them aside, move on. Reporting is there for violations, not for matters of taste.

5. Be friendly, not threatening

Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking, blackmail with pictures — anything meant to harm someone we take seriously. Online as well as offline.

If someone has hurt you through feva: look after yourself first. And if you want to report it to us, we are here.

6. The club is there for celebrating

The fact that you can see where someone is right now is an invitation to go out together — not a tool for pursuing anyone. Don't turn up somewhere you are not wanted. And don't pass on where someone else is tonight.

7. Share thoughtfully

Your own phone number, address or bank details do not belong in a public profile. Other people's all the less: no names, no screenshots, no chat histories without consent.

If someone asks you for money or recommends an investment to you, it is almost always a scam. Report it and don't engage with it.

8. Private, not commercial

feva is there for getting to know people, not for selling. No advertising, no spam, no calls for donations, no collecting followers. You do not arrange paid sexual services here.

Clubs and event organisers are welcome — but with their own club account, not through a user profile.

9. Obey the law

What is prohibited outside is prohibited here too. No drugs, no weapons, no counterfeit goods, no incitement to criminal offences.

10. One account per person

Your account is yours alone. No second accounts, no accounts for other people, and no new one after a suspension. Your verified phone number makes sure it stays that way.

11. This is your space

Post what belongs to you. No one else's photos, no one else's messages, nothing that someone else holds the rights to.

12. Play fair

No bots, no automated access, no tricks to unlock features. And don't report anyone against your better knowledge — false reports cost time that is then missing for real cases.

Reporting

You can report any profile, any chat and any story directly in the app, and you can block any person. After a block no contact is possible any more, you no longer see each other, and your presence at a club is invisible to the blocked person.

The person who has been reported does not find out who reported them.

In acute danger do not call us but the police: 133, European emergency number 112.

What happens in the event of a violation

We look at every report as quickly as we can. Indications of danger to life and limb, of minors or of criminal content take priority.

Depending on the severity we remove content, issue a warning, restrict features or suspend an account — temporarily or permanently. After the third warning an account is automatically suspended for 7 days. In the case of serious violations we suspend immediately and without prior warning.

If a measure affects you, we tell you what we did and why. You can dispute it informally by email; we will look at it again and reverse it if we were wrong.

Questions?

Write to us via the contact form. These guidelines change when feva changes — you will always find the current version in the app and at fevanightlife.com. The German version is authoritative and is available at fevanightlife.com/community.
