Delete account

You can delete your feva account yourself at any time and in full — without going through us, in the app or here on the website.

How it works in the app

  1. Open feva and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap Settings (the gear icon) at the top right.
  3. Scroll down to Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

How it works on the website

Sign in, open your profile and choose "Delete account and profile" at the bottom. As a safeguard you have to type the word DELETE there.

What is deleted?

When you delete your account we remove your profile and the data connected to it, in particular:

  • your profile (name, age, photos, bio, details),
  • your matches, likes and chats/messages,
  • your stories and uploaded media,
  • your presence/location and plan data,
  • your push token and your sign-in account including your phone number.

Deletion happens immediately; there is no waiting period and no recycle bin. Two things deliberately remain: the rows in the anonymous visit log for club statistics, which can no longer be traced back to you, and — if there was a moderation measure against you — a log entry about it. Section 13 of the privacy policy describes both in detail.

Deletion without access to the app

You can no longer get into your account? Write to us using the contact form — preferably from the address you used when registering. We delete your account after verifying your identity.
