1. Media owner and service provider

feva is operated by an individual, not by a company. There is no entry in the Firmenbuch (Austrian company register) and no VAT identification number. Under § 5 ECG (Austrian E-Commerce Act), the email address given above is sufficient for getting in touch; we usually reply within one to two business days. 2. Point of contact under the Digital Services Act

Authorities can reach us at the email address given above, and users can additionally use the contact form. Languages of communication: German and English. Through these channels, unlawful content can be reported (Art. 16 DSA) and moderation decisions can be challenged. As a micro-enterprise we are exempt from the specific obligations for online platforms under Art. 19 DSA; we implement the notice and statement-of-reasons procedure under Art. 16 and 17 DSA, and we offer the option to challenge a decision voluntarily.

3. Basic direction (§ 25 Mediengesetz)

feva is a dating app for people aged 18 and over with going out built in: profiles, matches, chat, stories and club presence. The app does not distribute editorial or periodical opinion content; the content comes from users and from participating clubs.

4. Liability and copyright

1. User content. The respective users are responsible for profiles, photos, stories and messages. We are a hosting provider within the meaning of §§ 13 to 18 ECG and remove unlawful content without delay once we become aware of it. Report it via the contact form, the report function in the app or the email address given above.
2. Our own content. feva's design, software, texts, brand and logo are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
3. External links. The operators of linked third-party websites — for example club pages, Instagram profiles or route guidance in Apple Maps — are responsible for them.

7. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. In Austria, consumers can use the Internet Ombudsstelle free of charge: www.ombudsstelle.at.
